• AGREEMENT TO AMEND DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS FOR BRANDYWINE BAY DEVELOPMENT (THE HONOURS SUBDIVISION)
  This Agreement is made on the 16th day of March, 2009 regarding the “Honours” (North Kerr Properties, Inc. Tract), dated February 15, 1988, recorded in Book 590, Page 171, Carteret County Registry.
• Amended Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions:
  (Oak Drive Extension), dated January 15, 2002 by Golf & Shore Properties Inc., as Declarent. Recorded in Book 928 page 607.
