Listed below, by trade, are sub-contractors that have been used by Brandywine residents who have had favorable work experiences with these firms or people. The BOA does not allow any contractors or sub contractor to promote or advertise their business or service on this web site. To be listed below, they must have been recommended, in writing (or by e-mail), by a Brandywine Bay resident. Additionally, if we receive any notice from a resident that they have had a bad experience with any contractor or sub contractor listed below they will be removed from that list. If any resident wishes to add a contractor or a sub contractor please send a recommendation, via regular mail or e-mail, to any board member or to the webmaster, Will Gainey.
